SUBJECT : Spot Check of TS Materials
1. Paragraph d (11) o revised) provides that:
"The Director of Security may conduct periodic and
unannounced checks to determine whether the regula-
tions pertaining to TOP SECRET material are being
observed."
2. Request permission to spot check TS controls and
logs using Survey Branch personnel. Area Security Officers
will be notified when check is to take place.
