Section 5. Marking of Classified Material.
(j) Warning Notices: In addition to the classification
markings prescribed herein, one or more of the following warning
notices shall, at the time of preparation, be prominently shown on
classified documents or other material or, if not feasible, in the
written notification of its assigned classification:

Section 7. Access, Dissemination and Accountability
(d) Information or material bearing the notation "WARNING
NOTICE - SENSITIVE SOURCES AND METI-IODS INVOLVED", shall
not be disseminated outside authorized channels or released publicly
in any manner without the permission of the originating agency and
an assessment by the appropriate intelligence chief as to the risk to
the national security and to the intelligence sources and methods
involved.

(b) Nothing in this Order shall prohibit any special require-
ments that the originating agency or other appropriate authority may
impose with respect to the protection of communications intelligence,
cryptography, intelligence sources and methods, and matters related
thereto.
