1. In August 1954 I wrote to
enclosing some US stamps in a small envelope whic
h co be e- through the
thin air mail envelope. The letter and contents
were returned to me several
weeks later stamped "non admis" with a censor's s
eal at one end.

2. Out of curiosity I again wrote - in late December 1954 making no
reference to my first letter and enclosing nothing in the letter. On 10 Jan 55
I received the attached letter from
