"Until 1948 the plant Elektrosila Imeni Kirova in Leningrad produced hydro-turbines and other electrical machinery. In 9 8 a new 'shop of complex electromachinery' (Tsekh Sloz kh Elektromashin) was added to the plant. The number of workers, c eerri'ca and technical personnel was increased, reaching 7400 at the beginning of 1953. 2. "This 'shop of complex electroma:chinery' is an entirely new plant. It assembles large 'radio location equipment' (Radio-Lokatsion e Ustanovki) for the naval units in the 'Baltic Sea and the Arctic: Ocean as well as for the coast defence on the shores 'of these waters. The 'shop of complex electromachinery' gets the parts for these 'radio location equipment' from the following Leningrad plants: (a) The Kozitski factory, producing complex radio apparatus.
