1. In 1939 just prior to the German Invasion, there were 10 thousand personnel
employed in the PZL Aircraft Factory in Warsaw, working in three shifts.
All production was of military aircraft but I do not remember the types.
The different departments of the factory were securely segregated and the
employees wore different colored badges to identify the departments worked in.
