1. Based on the experience gained in the Fatherland aVa.~, the Soviet armed forces
are supplied with stimulants for the nervous systems.
2. g mental dispensaries keep in store the following two stimulants,
a. Stimulant No. 1 -Y a Kola preparation.*
h. Stimulant I*to. 2 -- a Phenaline(sic) preparation.**
3. These stimulants can be issued to the troops, at the discretion o2 the regiri-ental
medical officer, when special physical and psychical exertions are required.

for this purpose.
