(or Seyatel--The Sower), a Russian language anti-Communistmon
published in Buenos Aires.* The periodical is currently being
published by N. Cholovsky, a Mite Russian, and not by Vladimir
Schapkin as previously reported. Cholovsky, approximately 55 years
of age and a tailor by profession, formerly served as an officer in
General Vlassovas army. The publication exerts little influence in
