It was mostly fair to good for the Santa Clara and Matanzas provincial networks. Video reception of Havana television was mostly fair to good although not as good as in January. A total of 44 casts were recorded for which video reception was rated as follows: 10 good, 12 fair to good, 12 fair, 9 poor to fair and 1 poor. Havana Voice of Cuba in English to North America and the Caribbean was heard in generally fair reception. 2. Reception of Nassau Domestic Service in English was generally fair but. some casts were heard in poor reception. Belize City Domestic Service continued to be heard in mostly poor to fair reception. 3. Kingston Domestic Service (JBC Radio One) remains unheard. Reception of Kingston Domestic Service (Radio Jamaica, RJR) was poor. 4. St George's Domestic Service (Radio Free Grenada) was heard in poor to fair reception and two casts were unheard. S. Reception of Santo Domingo Radio Mil on the 1180 frequency was mostly poor although some casts ranged from poor to fair. 6. Mexico City NOTIMEX service began in the afternoon of 19 February. Reception has been consistently good.
