It was generally fair to good for the Santa Clara and Matanzas provincial networks before they were dropped from coverage. Video reception of Havana television was much better than in February. A total of 47 casts were recorded for which video reception was rated as follows: 17 good, 15 fair to good, 8 fair and 7. poor to fair. Havana Voice of Cuba in English to North America and the Caribbean was heard in mostly fair reception. 2. Reception of Nassau Domestic Service in English and Belize City Domestic Service in English was generally fair and poor, respectively. 3. Kingston Domestic Service (Radio Jamaica, RJR) continues to be heard in poor reception. Kingston Domestic Service (JBC Radio One) was dropped from coverage. 4. Reception of St Georges Domestic Service (Radio Free Grenada) ranged from poor to fair and four casts were unheard. 5. Reception of Santo Domingo Radio Mil Network on the 1180 frequency was mostly poor with some casts ranging from poor to fair. 6. Transmission of both Mexico City NOTIMEX in Spanish and Bridgetown CANA in English (which the bureau began receiving in February and March, respectively) are received in generally good reception. ? Attachment C (Nonexpendable Property) Monthly Report, Key West Bureau March 1981 1. Three transcribers, Sony model BM-45-T, serial numbers 16606, 16680 and 16692, required maintenance and repair and were transferred to headquarters. In exchange, headquarters transferred to the bureau three similar transcribers, serial numbers 16699, 17394 and 18102. 2. The bureau also received the following equipment from headquarters: One multimeter, portable with battery and leads, Fluke model 8020A, serial number 2328078. One receiver, portable, Sony model CRF-320, serial number 31641.
