1. The Director or his representative has been invited
to speak to the National Classification Management Society
Seminar in San Francisco on 15 May 1979.. It has been decided,
that the Director will not be able to speak and. I. have been
asked to accept the speaking engagement.. The subject of the
speech will be, "The Impact Executive Order 12065 has had
on the Agency and on the intelligence equities. Attached
is a copy of the invitation.
2. I would like to take the opportunity to carry with
me a number of your Agency handouts which you have. I will
arrange to pick them up at a time closer to 15 May.
