the Operations Course
1. It is requested that you agree to give the graduation
address to the Operations Course at a dinner on the evening--,of
25X1 23 January 1930,

2. On 25 January 1980,
weeks of operations training in what has long been the "cure"
course for fledgling operations officers. It seems to us
fitting that, on the eve of their entrance into the Operations
Directorate, they have an opportunity to hear your thoughts and
views on the career that awaits them. If you can accept:we
will forward to you, prior to January, statistics on the
background and qualifications of the students and other
pertinent information.
3. We hope your schedule will permit you to be the
graduation speaker for the current Operations Course.
