1. In response to your request. contained in referenced
memorandum, a comprehensive review of all GS-13 and 14
minority and female employees in the MF Career Subgroup
was undertaken. Career Projection Statements for
MF personnel in this group are attached as TAB A.
2. TAB B contains Career Projection Statements for
MF minority and female personnel in GS-10 through 12 grade
range whom I feel have the potential to advance a minimum
of two grades.
