1. (S/D) SIGNIFICANCE: PROBABLE LAUNCH SITE DEACTIVATION IS
UNDERWAY.
FOUR SILO DOORS WERE CLOSED.
2. ;S/D) REMARKS: THE NORTH SIDE OF THE LAUNCH CONTROL BUNKER OF
LAUNCH SITTE-73 IS BEING EXCAVATED AND TWO OF THE FOUR SILO DOORS
ARE OPEN. DUE TO OBLIQUITY IT CANNOT BE DETERMINED IF THE
SILOS ARE LOADED. AT LEAST TEN VEHICLES/PIECES OF EQUIPHENT,
INCLUDING TWO MOBILE CRANES, ARE IN THE LAUNCH AREA. NO
IIISSILE GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT IS OBSERVED IN THE CLOUD-FREE
AREAS. THIS ACTIVITY WAS NOT PRESENT W:IEN ALL 25X1
'S/D) SINCE JANUARY 1981, MR/IRBH1 SITE DEACTIVATION ACTIVITY
HAS BEEN OBSERVED AT THE TORVA, LUTSK, KIVERTSY, KROLEVETS,
DOLMA, VSELYUB, LIAYKOP, MOLOSKOVITSY, GELLI, AND ZAGARE
MISSILE COMPLEXES.
