attended this week at Headquarters.
b. There wi I I be a DDI Career Board on supergrade promotions
next Tuesday, 26 September 1972.
a. Dr. Proctor noted that the historical display on the Cuban
Missile Crisis in the D corridor at Headquarters was well worth
seeing. This display commemorates the 25th anniversary of CIA.
c. Nominations for the Senior Seminar are being asked for at
this time. Nominees must be a grade 15 or higher.

d. It was announced that George Allen was selected as Director

Also, the warning notice for sensitive sources will be used
on all compartmented intelligence.
e. Mr. Eisenbeiss directed our attention to 0 on Security
Classification Procedures. Two major changes were noted: (I) The
term "Approval of DCI" will no longer be used to exempt a document
from the General Declassification Schedule. The phrase "Impossible to
Determine" will be used. An abbreviation "E IMPDET CL BY It can
be used on documents remaining inside CIA. (2) The employee serial
number will be used in place of the position numbers former) assi ned.
