1. 1 think that your Commission's proposal for
recognition of Allen Dulles' rote in establishing the Hoad.-
quarters Building is a very fine means of honoring his
great contribution.
2. Of the three types of proposals, axy personal.
preference is for No. 1 which steins to be of a most
appropriate character befitting a personal tribute to
Mr. Dulles for this particular achievement.
