With the departure of J. Foster Collins, Douglas P.
Mulholland is designated the Special Assistant to the
Secretary (National Security) and the Treasury Senior
Intelligence Officer (SIO). He will represent the Treasury
on both the Nationel Foreign Intelligence Board and the
National Foreign Intelligence Council, Arthur W. Long
will continue to be the designated alternate SIO.
