1. I've received some great comments from State and
our TSD on the excellent analysis recently published by
OTS's lab
2. A great deal of work went into that job.

when he told his lab people to get on with it. They borrowed
and contracted and in general cashed chips all around the
Agency to get the job done. And it turned out fine. A copy
is attached.
