Targets in Laos adjacent to the South China border; c. Targets in the Sino-Indian border area. South China/North Vietnam 2. During the reporting period, one BLUE SPRINGS and 11 25X1 missions were flown. According to field reporting, the high al i:u e BLUE SPRINGS mission covered two priority targets in North Vietnam. Coverage has not been reported at this time on th issions. 25X1 , totaled 36 priority targets in South China and 31 in North Vietnam. Photography obtained by KH-4 missions does not normally provide detail necessary for base line/ surveillance coverage and is not considered for inclusion in Tab A. 4. Tab A shows 56 of the 177 priority targets in South China and North Vietnam on which satisfactory base line/ surveillance coverage has been obtained since 1 March 1966. Cam Pha Port facilities, as a result of a was added during this reporting period to the base line total. The number of times each target was satisfactorily covered is shown as well as the dates of initial and most recent satisfactory coverage since 1 March 1966. This information is provided in order to record the progress in obtaining base line coverage and the frequency of surveillance of the priority targets in South China and North Vietnam.
