The following is a report on photographic coverage of: a. 176 priority targets in South China and North Vietnam; b. Targets in Laos adjacent to the South China border; c. Targets in the Sino-Indian border area. South China/North Vietnam 2. According to field reporting, 25X1 photographed seven priority targets in the Canton area. 25X1 The field a so reported that one BLUE SPRINGS and five I missions, flown during the reporting period, photographed eleven priority targets in North Vietnam. targets in South China and six in ort ie nam. 4. The second bucket of photographed 17 priority targets in South China and 14 priority targets in North Vietnam. Photography obtained by KH-4 missions does not normally provide detail necessary for base line/ surveillance coverage and is not considered for inclusion in Tab A. 5. Tab A shows 72 of the 176 priority targets in South China and North Vietnam on which satisfactory base line/ surveillance coverage has been obtained since 1 March 1966. The base line coverage was increased by one North Vietnam target as a result of Itwo GS, Approved For Relea I photographed 17 priority Approved F%, elease 290"/18 2M000QAW j"K 24-5 USIB-D-41. 18/ 101 25X1 (COMOR-D-25/ 177-58) 30 August 1966 Limited Distribution and five Imissions, all flown in previous reporting periods, provided surveillance coverage of 14 priority targets. 6. The number of times each target was satisfactorily covered is shown in Tab A as well as the dates of initial and most recent satisfactory coverage since 1 March 1966. This information is provided in order to record the progress in obtaining base line coverage and the frequency in surveillance of the priority targets in South China and North Vietnam. 7. The map at Tab B shows both high and low resolution coverage reported as acquired on priority targets in South China/North Vietnam since 2 August 1966.
