1, The following is a report on photographic coverage of:
a. 176 priority targets in South China and North Vietnam;
b. Targets in Laos adjacent to the South China border;
c. Targets in the Sino-Indian border area.
South China/North Vietnam
2. Since the last report, the total number of priority targets
decreased from 177 to 176. This decrease was the result of
which negated military activity at the Liu Chou Army Barracks in South China.
3. Two BLUE SPRINGS and four issions were flown
during the reporting period. According to field reporting, these missions
provided coverage of seven priority targets in North Vietnam.

Underlinings show additions since the previous report, three base line and
two surveillance. The fact that the date shown antedates this report may be
accounted for by the addition of a target or further study of photography taken
in a previous reporting period.

23 August 1966.
