Targets in Laos adjacent to the South China border; c. Targets in the Sino-Indian border area. South China/North Vietnam 2. Since the last report, the total number of priority targets decreased from 177 to 176. This decrease was the result of which negated military activity at the Liu Chou Army Barracks in South China. 3. Two BLUE SPRINGS and four issions were flown during the reporting period. According to field reporting, these missions provided coverage of seven priority targets in North Vietnam. programmed to cover several of the priority targets, permitting. 5. Tab A lists 93 of the 176 priority targets in South China and North Vietnam and shows coverage as follows: Column 4 - Base line coverage since 1 March 1966, shown by date.
