A CIB spokesman eaid that the 23,000 seedlings were found in virgin bush north--west ~ of the Wanneroo lion park. two months ago. The disco~~ery was kept secret till yesterday because drug--squad officers had hoped to clear up the matter quickly. But their inquiries had met with no success. The CIB spokesm-~n said that 11 plots of plants had been found on private property. The ~lots were arranged in - a rectangular shape.
