on 16 "ecember 1952 by the laborers from Lahlwinkel airfield, In raid-:+ovenber,
there were discussions with the ;:urpose of stopping the work until 2 January
1952 because rost of the laborers had their families lining some distance away.
This question had to be decided by the .oviet construction headquarters in
erder. Paul Klingenberg, construction superintendent in t'ahiwinkel, was also
to be cl-:arged with the supervision of the construction at-,Parchim airfield.
