THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION a. The Albanian import organization has made an agreement with Soviet author- ities for de.Livery of Avtol-18 during June and July; it was requested that at least three days notice be given prior to the arrival of each tanker, at Albanian ports. CLASSIFICATION b. Polish authorities were informed by the Albanians that only 0 tons of cargo could be loaded 125 June trip. It was thought ad the entire cargo of 10,000 tons could be loaded after the 20th of Jul however if that were done, it would be impossible to complete loading at that time. c. Albanian authorities informed a Berlin organization, Diab--^bau, that chrome shipments for the remainder of the year were cnedulad, as follows: 2000 tons to be loaded in June,5,000 tons to be supplied during the third quarter, and another X000 tons to be supplied during the fourth quarter. d. Albanian authorities were informed by a Soviet organization that some vessels, names unknown, were expected to arrive on the 20th of June. It was also stated that 700 tons of mineral asphalt and 2000 one,type 3 petroleum asphalt were to be loaded on the SS TO LOKOLAMSK. a. Czechoslovak officials informed the Albanian import organization that three specialists in mine electrification, primarily for construction of primary and secondary lines in mines, were departing for Albania about the first of June. f.
