THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION The M,1S TRANSYLVANIA,, which has been in almost continuous use for the past two years in t ran.3porting refugees from the port of Constants is no longer used on this route. It is believed that the quota of 250,000 refugees has been filed. 2,. On` lq June 1952, the Rumanian ship Passed From Durres,, Albani., to Constanta, Rumania. Since a date, t e TRANSYLVANIA has not left the Black Sea. The ship reportedly is being used to transport Soviet troop replacements and Soviet civ3_1U.ane from Odesaaq USSR, to Constants. It is believed that the TRANSYLVANIA had several high Soviet officials and specialists aboard on the last trip to Durres.
