THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION An Area located on Strada Dealul Spirei in Bucharest, which was formerly occupied by the Arsenal, has been cleared and leveled since February 1952. Several wooden barracks were erected on the site and very large quantities of cement and bricks were deposited there. It will reportedly be the location of anti--aircraft batteries, underground shelters.., and ammu- nition dump E. The project was well under way in May 1952 when 600 labor battalion workers were employed on the job.
