Marshal Voroshilov and Major General Vasili Romanovich Boiko - the latter who is stationed in Hungary, representing the USSR. The subject of the agenda. concerning the transfer of satellite troops to the Far East, was apparently based on a report made by Major General Bata., Chief of the Hungarian. In regard to the gearing up of the war industry Voroshilov's assistant has banded to General Bata a list of requirements on which a general report was required. The items covered were: a. Details of the undesirable elements of the population. b. War production at the Hoffherr and Schrantz factories., particularly in regard to spares for medium AFVs. c.
