THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
is rumore that there is a refinery
at Makhachkala because uymazy oil/is transported there. However, no refined
Tuyrnazy products from Makhachkala were ever transported via Caspian or Volga
routes.. If there were any such products,, they must have been shipped either
by rail or by the pipeline from Makhachkala to Rostov-na-Donu (47-15N9 39-53E)3
which is rumored to have been constructed in postwar years.
Approximately 6009000 tons of Tuymazy crude oilwere transported to Makhachkala
in 1950; exactly 8009000 tons were transported in 1951 (presumably by Reydtanker)o

storage facilities. From there it is hauled by Reydtanker directly to Makhach-
kala, and delivered again to Glavneftesbyt storage. No information on the transport
of Tuymazy oil from the fields to the Volga River nor on further procedure in
Makhachkala is available to source.
