THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1o In May t} ,e Kwa, agtun.g Military District Command established an arsenal
at Huangkang (7806/i,5l'1), Chluchiang (113-33, 24-50)9 headed by YEH
Ming (5509/7686) and aided by Soviet adviser Machai-fu (7156/1142/
1.133). This arsenal produces 60 light machine guns and 600 rifles
monthly and repai right arms of all. types.
2. In late May, the Pearl River Military Sub-District Command had military
supply depots. at the following places a
as Te Feng (1795/6265) Rice Mill
h. Feng Ming (7685/7686) Rice Mill, both on Feng Ming Road in Shihchti
(13-229 22-30).
3. This command had armories at the following places.-
