formed an organization known asst the Anti-Bacteriological Warfare Committee

and recommendations "to, counter American germ warfare"; it was also to give
support to the Government in its "Resist America, Aid Korea, Protect Homes
and Safeguard Country's campaign.

recruiting drive at Chungshan Medical College and other colleges in Canton
to relieve the medical shortage among the Indochinese forces.
