The legal status of the V T s and V s will also change on 1 January 1952. After that date each nationalized factory (VE"B) will have greater indepiendemce, and the plant manager greater responsibility. Each factory must become self- supporting financially. Corporations (VVBs) will lose their legal status as proprietors of the V7+ s and will tecome outstations of the Ministry, respon- sible only for the technical and admtntstrative control of the VEBs.
