A very large airfield is reportedly being oompleted at
Bielany.* Soviet .jet planes which have been seen flying
over Warsaw are allegedly already stationed there.
A new airfield is under construetioa. Placards are poated
around the site forbidding civilian a to enter the area.
At the airfield in Elblag, an unspecified Polish
fighter regiment) equipped with YAK 9's, is stationed.**
An airfield Which the Germans built on the outskirts 'of
Nelbork is not in use at present. The field has one hangar
and several smaller buildings. There is no unit statiored
at the field and no activity has been Observed there.***

ilutkovo (R53/K74) on the rail line to Pieniczno (coords
unknown) near the USSR border. A Soviet air unit is stationed
there. Entrance to the area is prohibited.
