1, On 7 January 1952, the llerronkru, Kaserne and the Anger Kast:rne on -xeitscheid-
strasse, Lagdeburg T: 51/D 69), quartered a total of about 3,500 troops. Sentries
observed at the installation wore red-bordered black epaulets with artillery insignia.

3. on 8 January, the 5eeckt Kaserne on T'urmschanzenstrasse cuartered about 1,000
troops, with sentries wearinff, black: bordered black epaulets. Fifteen officers
were engaged in r: a.r1a anship practice with pistols and 8 groups of 10 men each
engaged in close-order drill and training in firing. in the drill area between
Turrtschanzenstrasse" and the Alte ribs River branch, Pontoons were repaired in
the billetin,7 area.
