The airfield north of K'ralupy (N 51/ F 60) belonged to the 3Lero Club. There
was a hangar with billets for student pilots, The field was occupied by 5
sport planes and about 30 Clidors? In late September 1951, about 15 Arado-96s
and 20'%-?100s or :fE--109s were located there? (1)
A civilian airfield of the Aero Club was located north of Kleeant (0 51/1, 79)?
The field, about 1,000 meters square, had 3 old and 2 new hangars. a clubhouse
and. a guardhouse o In March 1951, about 30 sport planes of various types .-:ere
F arkked at the field0 In April 1951, the field was occupied by military aircraft,
and work continued on a concrete runway which was started in 1950, (2)

and r, i.litary aircraft, There was no concrete runway,, A large hangar with a

A brick cantonment was -+ .n the wooded area west of the field between the road
and railroad line. Soldiers said that the cantonment ,as occupied by 500 to
6()0 student pilots and 3.20 to 150 nen of an air force guard unit. In late
September 1951, the field was occupied by 1 2our--engine
