The new ships were transported from Tallinn to Klaipeda via the route shown on Attachment A. Three northbound Soviet freighters were encountered at point .1. They were described as probably carrying coal. Twenty Latvian fishing vessels of 12-ton, 18-ton, and 88-ton types were seer at point B. -it point ;, a red buoy, marking the course to Lepaya, Latvian 3;R,was passed and three lighthouses were seen in the direction of Lopaya. 4
