1. 'Abd-al-Ghani 'Ulabi, who went to Cairo, Errpt, after the 5-6 November 1961
meeting of terrorists in Nablurreeently returned to Damascus where he
conferred with Faysal Nabulei. 1,2'
2. ' Ulabi declared that special terrorist squads, numbering 42 members in all,
have been formed. The squads are being given intensive training and will
soon receive assignments in various Arab states"where their services are
most needed." 'Ulabi further commented that many of the refugees living
in Gaza have joined the terrorist organization directed from Cairo& primarily
for action against the British.
3. After his visit with Nabulsi, 'Ulabi returned to Cairo.
