to In early December 1951, the Chinese Communist Party central authorities
ordered the Municipal Committee for Peiping to select five cadre
personnel, who had had extensive guerrilla experience and were qualiiisd
in organization work, for assignment to the People's Volunteer Army
headquarters. The cadre personnel chosen reported to Chinese Communist
Army Headquarters for orders on 10 December.
22. The North Korean People's Army Headquarters requested guerrilla cadre
personnel from the People's Volunteer Armor Headquarters to help organize
and train guerrilla bands for infiltration and sabotage duties in
South Korea as soon as a cease-fire agreement is reached. As of 14
December a total of 34, including the five above, bad been drafted.
