LI is a native of Chungshan hsien, Kwangtung Province, and is about 40 years old. Ile lives on the second floor at 37 Rua Saoadura Cabral, Macao. In November he made frequent visits to Hong Kong, where he contacted CHU Chieh a radio operator of the Chinese Communist New China News Agency radio station in Hong Kong.
