lb The following represents instructions to the members of the Tudeh Party for the
week beginning 17 November 1951.

b. When a meeting is called, everyone (without exception) must be prepared
to attend.
c. Go through the city and remove from the walls the anti-Tudeh slogans which
were painted by the opposition Nationalists.
d. On Friday sell the paper Besuyi--Ayandeh (i.e. Rahnenah yi Zellat) and on
Sunday the paper Sh&hbazo
e. Keep a careful account of the sales of the papers and render a financial
statement to headquarters.
f. The former (sic', papers can be secured on Friday evening at the shop of
a Tehran blacksmith.
g. At a certain location in Tehran there is a police center which should be avoided
h. The paper Mardom was not printed the previous week because of technical
difficultierthe print shop. Read the articles of the forthcoming issue
and spread the contents as widely as possible among the members.
i. Each individual from eight cells must sell 20 copies of the 1.aper Maslehat.
J. On Friday at 0900 hours there will be a meeting, unannounced in the presss
at Fawzieh Square.
k. District (Mahalli) seals are no longer valid.
1. Hereafter all news and reports are to be addressed as follows:
(1) those to the Central Committee, to Agha Kashvari;
(2) those to the Provincial Committees to Agha Shahristani;
