Allegedly, a decree has been published concerning military exchange in
Bulgaria,v which indicates the substitution of the exchange used in the
Soviet Army for the present Bulgarian exchange. Already 60 per cent
of the military units have received the new exchange which is distinguished
from the Soviet in one particular onlyt there is no hammer and sickle
above the Soviet star.
