1. University Children's Hospit, rel. One official research assignment on infant
diseases caused el-ther directly by bac coli(sic) or appearing in connection
with certain groups of colt bacilli is being carried on. The chief, Dr.
Sclunidt, states tlr.t the hospital does not with to accept any further official
research a.saignmonts, because this type of research is not desirable in his
institute.
P. University Polyclinic, The chief of the polyclinic, Professor Lick, states
that he desires to work on the following two uroblems; Influence of high
frequencry o :ultrasound on several diseases with special observation of
capillary and the biology of leuPkooyte. For both research purposes there
is a complete lack of technical and optical knowledge. The specialist on
leukoocyte refuses all Information on her research.
3. University hospital for nervous disorders, Gelshein. The hospital chief,
Dr. Goellnitz, is making tests of the reactions of normal and sick children
end is 3so er. red, in tests of X-ray pictures of the human brain, taken at
short intervals fron two directions. No official research assirnnonts have been
given this hospital.
4. University HyCienic Instituted. Its chief, is Rrofessor Johannes Ktthe. The
institute is engaged In the following three research tasks:
