PSN leaders still hope to reinstate the five expelled leaders of the CGT and if they cannot, they :,ope to make martyrs of them. The Sindicato de.Zapateros, a PSNNcontroll.ed syndicate, expelled Orlando Morales, secretary general of the Zapateros, for nc:t defending the five expelled leaders. However, when the syn- dicate advised the Ministry of Labor of the change, the Ministry refused to recognize it and advised the Zapateros that Morales would continue to act whether they liked it or not. Since that time, Morales and the PSN leaders have composed their differences. 5a Orientacion was published each week during the mo~.th.
