keep a close watch on the Nationalist Government will be 'disseminated
to increase anti-American sentiment,

condemning Brit.aL,n's occupation of Hong Kong, Schools and. social
bodies will intensify "liberation and recovery of Hong Kong" campaigns.

authorities would be called to this and coastal defense strength of South
China should be stepped up. More land and air forces should be sent
southward to bolster the defense of South China.
