REPORT NO.
1. In mid-September 1951, the Ta Fa (k ,) Company. 1 Rua da Praia do Manduco,
Macao W imported a quantity of sheet aluminum from gong Kong for shipment to the
mainland for use In aircraft production. The company hired more than 200
laborers to remove spots from the sheets and to cover them with lubricating
oil. Each laborer received HE $3.00 daily for his work. The sheet aluminum
was to be delivered to the mainland prior to 15 October.
2. A shop at 50 Rua Almirante Sergio. Macao' which was formerly called the Chang
Li (,S 4j ) Company, is a purchasing agent for the Commerce Bureau for the
Communist government of Kwangtung. In early October this shop purchased a
quantity of galvanized Iron sheets for ihipment to the mainland,, YANG Jul--an
(4 4 yid ) was responsible for the delivery of this shipment to the mainland.
3,. The Hsieh Ho ( ,) Construction Company. I+l Estrada Nova. Macao, is a
section of the South China Sub-Bureau. A radio station has been established
In the company. LI Yao-tsung, about 25 years old. a native of Kueilin. Is the
radio operator.
4. The Chinese Communist News Propaganda and Supervision Committee
