As of early October, LO Lung-chi (?. ) was responsible for the Chinese 39 Communist international liaison bureau in Hong Kong, Among his contacts have been CH?] N Chin-sha ( y~r } e several representatives of Communist labor organizations in South Africa and many overseas Chinese from Malaya. LO has been planning to make an organi zing trip to Southeast Asia. OUmYANG Shan ("Z f4 L, )3, head of the Culture and Education Committee for South China, has ordered HO Ch?un-ping (4j %'- ) , a female cultural agents to Hong Kong to prepare for the arrival in Hong Kong of TS ? UI Ta a ai--i director of the Cultural and Science Department (sic) of the Chinese Communist Government. TS?UI arrived in Canton about 7 October. 4. CRUAN_~G T?ien ( . 1B )4 has sent FEI Hsiao-tung ( ,,&~ )5 and CHOU Yung-yin ( )Q 4) as agents to the Democratic Republic etnam (DRY).
