Twelve Rumanian Array officers, headed by Colonel Mavxichi, have been
accepted in the Spanish Army, with their respective ranks and with
all rights belonging to Spanish officers of the same ranks. All these
Rumanian officers are in Spanish Morocco, -iith the exception of
Colonel 4avrichi, who is on the Staff of General Franco. The
Spaniards have declared. themselves ready to accept any number of
Rumanian officers,, under the rank of major, but only in the infantry.
