Reliable information on the geographic limits of Party Regional Com-
mittees has not been available since the Government raids on Communist
centers in Manila in October 1950 which were followed oy substantial
reorganization. The terms itegional Committee and Regional Command,
which usually are contracted to RLCO, are believed to be synonymous
for purposes of fixing geographic boundaries.
