agting in the interest of the Hans Steiner fim of Iinhnhofstrasse 02a ,
Zurich. The transaction is ,being financed by Handels AIt j . H. Albert do
Dary & Go. N. V. of Heerengracht 450, Amsterdam. Sponsoring the deal is the
Brussels firm of Fabre & Tremont, Marchi aux Poulets 34.
The copper, which is probably of Chilean origin,, is to be delivered to
New York, probaabl;r in the following vessels, for transshipment to a
Eh=opean ports s/a SANTA CECILIA, SA1.7A MARGARI?. A, AMERICAN ATTORNEY,
AFRICAN JUDGE. Since H. Steiner of Zurich has a record of dealings with
the Soviet sphere, it is probate that the copper is earmarked for delivery
to an. Eastern European custamer.

The Zurich banking house of Widemann & Co., F urnsterstrasse 9, has opened.
The copper, which is in two consignments, has the following specifications:
a. 69,95? kg., being 663 plates of electrolytic 99.97% der, 15 mm.
thick, about 1.2 motors long.. and about 0.55 meters wide; uncut as
delivered from rolling machines, unfinished, unpacked; each plate
weighing apnr tely 100 kg.
b. 98,210 kg., being 930 plates of electrolytic 99.97% copper, same
dimensions as.above.
