1. Recently three schools for the education of political officers in the
Rumani_ n Army have been created. One of these schools is located at
Breazb-'.
2. The students of these schools are party members and they are recruited
from the personnel of the Rumanian State institutions. They wear
military uniforms from the moment of their admission to the school.
Their caps are shaped as the Russian ce:zs. They wear the letter "E"
on their shoulder straps.
