7. On August 24 there were 150 North Korean troops 1500 meters south of
Sinch on (12 29y, 38-zL) (YC 17147)
8. In three villages of the Hanp to (126-27, 33--13) (BT 773.3) area d in
adjacent mountain shelters, there were 2,000 Chinese Communist 3 Field
Army troops practicing daily with rifles and machine guns. Hal of the
unit was equipped with rifles; the rest had only hand grenades. Villagers
stated that the unit moved from south of the 33th Farallel during Augusta
