1. The South china. Military Area, having jurisdiction over military activities
in Kwwangtung and Kwangsi (under the Central and South China Military Area
Commend at F4nn~mw), has under its conm?nd the following troops and military

a. Three army groups --- the 21, 13, and 15 Army Groups.
b, Five armies -- the 45, 42, 41, 43. and 44 Armies0l
c. Two provincial military districts . TCwangsi and O as tung.
d. Nineteen military districts.
e. Nineteen public security divisions.
f. Two engineer regiments -- the 3 Engineer Regiment In South Kwangtung,
and Engineer Regiment in Kwongsi.
One railroad garrisioning unit along the Tunis, ttnd K'wan gsi and
Kwangtung and Hankov railroads.
i. Two independent heavy artillery regiments.
